1. We are committed to providing high-quality cosplay products. For any after-sales issues, please contact us within 7-14 days of receiving your package (kealcosplay@gmail.com) and provide clear photographic evidence. Our customer service staff will determine whether a return or exchange service is possible based on the information you provide.
2. If the product is confirmed to be returnable, our customer service staff will inform you of the return address and other return requirements. Please return the product in its original packaging within two weeks of receipt. Returns are only accepted via airmail from your local post office. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item (the item must be in its original condition), we will arrange a refund or exchange within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).The refund will be returned to your bank account via the original payment method within 7-15 days after approval.
We can provide return and exchange services in the following situations:
If the received product has obvious defects, is missing, or is incorrect, a new product will be provided free of charge.
The product size is incorrect, and it has been confirmed that this is our error. We will remake a product of the correct size after you confirm the size.
The product does not match the description at all. We offer exchanges or full refunds.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Used or washed products; Products with a cigarette or perfume odor; Products with stains or severe damage; Products that failed to arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Products that do not fit due to incorrect dimensions provided by the customer. In this case, the customer can choose to keep the original product and purchase a new one at a significant discount.
Additionally, slight color differences or measurement errors of 1-3 cm are unavoidable. In these cases, we do not offer refunds or returns.
