Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Preparation time is 3-5 business days, and delivery typically takes 7-20 days (delivery times may be delayed during holidays). Some best-selling garments are in stock and do not require preparation time.

We will do our best to ensure you receive your package promptly, but we are not responsible for shipping times. In the event of delivery delays, we will do our best to coordinate with the logistics company to expedite delivery for you.

The production time for all custom-made garments is approximately 15-20 business days. During Halloween, due to higher order volumes, production time may take approximately 25 business days. Shipping and delivery times are the same as for regular items.

Shipping costs will be displayed before you submit your order; the specific cost depends on the country/region and weight.
