Section 1 – Eligibility & Account

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide (name, address, payment details, etc.) is truthful, accurate, and complete
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it
  • Your account may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person

Section 2 – Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, but please note:

  • Product colors may appear slightly different from the actual item due to screen settings and display variations
  • Product descriptions are subject to change at any time without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit purchase quantities at our discretion

Section 3 – Orders & Cancellations

Order Process:

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed once we have accepted it and received your payment
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, and will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@kealcosplay.com
  • After 24 hours, your order may have already entered production or fulfillment and cancellation cannot be guaranteed
  • Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect

Section 4 – Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
  • The price displayed at the time of ordering is the final product price and does not include taxes, shipping fees, or import duties
  • Promotional pricing is governed by the terms of each individual promotion
  • You must provide valid and accurate payment information and ensure sufficient funds are available to complete your transaction

Section 5 – Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control
  • Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you

Section 6 – Custom Orders

As many of our products are made to your measurements, please note the following:

  • Custom orders are produced based on the size information you provide. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged
  • We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, designs, and logos — is owned by Keal Cosplay and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Character & Franchise Rights:
Some products sold on this website feature characters from anime, games, and other media (e.g. Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail). All character and franchise rights belong to their respective copyright holders. Our products are fan-made and inspired by these works and are not officially licensed merchandise. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

When you submit a review, photo, or any other content:

  • You grant Keal Cosplay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content on our website and in marketing materials
  • You confirm that the content is truthful and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party
